Subj: America's local county, state and city corruption

To the Editor of News Herald;  11-27-2007

As a very patriotic American, This writer was shocked when discovering what's been going on under the

peoples noses with these local American  governments.

Case in point;  In the state of Arizona all 152

Arizona cities beginning with Mesa, Arizona and their people are under siege by devious business groups. The most damning is there are other American cities counties and states, yet unknown, who have created the same kind of corruption that can only be named;  "Organized, legalized, political racketeering whereby having complete control of these local governments and their people by their devious "Charter" wording.

This writer, who has spent 30 years of investigation and research in Mesa, Arizona, is Fighting  a lone battle in and has formed a web site; mesaazcorruption.com for proof of how it's done.  You will see on this web site how these special worded "Charters" exploit/extort the people as well as drain our U S government of their resources big time.

Please respond after  you read it either by email:  kirbyallanaz@aol.com  or by phone:  (490) 969-0000  This could be by far the most powerful case of American political corruption since the united States of America became a sovereign nation.

                                               Respectfully Submitted,  Kirby Allan

Subj: Mesa, Arizona city code compliance.

Answering your question; "Do you think citizen patrol is a good idea,  the answer is definitely "NO".   This is another nail in Mesa's inevitable coffin and perhaps the final one. A few of the "MANY" past and present city abuses follow;

1- Those in trusted position have run amok. This latest devious act violates Arizona's constitutional, "purpose of government" clause because it pits citizen against citizen as well as creating a dangerous evitable  violent confrontation between citizens.

2- Mesa is already in how water because of their abuse of it's people with their decades of illegal "Land Grabbing" of which has been declared illegal all along by courts of law .

3- The people no longer trust the intentions/actions of those in control and feel insecure about Mesa's future, nor do they trust Mesa's local newspapers for endorsing literally every "wants" and/or, so called, "needs" they submit.

4- An overwhelming list, a larger percentage,  of Mesa citizens feel those in control are "self serving" and do no longer protect and serve them as they should.  (This information is based on a recent documented "citizens rights" poll.)

Most trashy houses are caused by tenants yet the landlord, not tenant, is punished for what they do backed up by police action with massive monetary penalties and imprisonment of landlords.

Make no mistake, Mesa's "rule by force" policy will backfire and will not work and will not be tolerated by citizens/property owners who are the true owners of their city and are the true bosses over their governments as well as being "employers" of every employee hired and those they elect.

Ever hear of employees dictating what their boss can and cannot do?

The tax citizen's pay are for running government only, not to be used for defending and paying out the many settlements from lawsuits now on the books caused by their employees wrongdoing.

The perpetrators of this latest of their long list of fiscal abuses are treading  on dangerous waters and should abandoned it before it turns into chaos and more losses from lawsuits and settlements we taxpayers are forced to pay for.

Dear Editor:  1/29/2010

If there are any doubts about the Independent newspaper being the only peoples newspaper read the article by: Terrance Thornton in the 1/27/2010 issue about all of Mesa's council members travel expenses paid for by Mesa taxpayers.  You won't see this kind of public information in any other of the valley's (Corporate)  newspapers.

Firstly, Mesa's council members have no power as proven by a "Fact Sheet" in web site: MesaAzCorruption.com

Case in point:  Section "203" of Mesa's "Charter" states; "Neither the Mayor nor any other council member shall have any administrative duties," That means they have absolutely no administrative power, either individually or collectively.  They are simply lackluster rubber-stamps currently dominated by the appointed administrators.

So, we ask why is it they can travel all over the globe at tax payers expense supposedly to learn and lobby for Mesa when they have no power of leadership and especially while Mesa's "Good Ole' Boys" plead poverty as they always continue to do?

It's pretty obvious Mesa's "Good ole' boys" are using the peoples tax and utility dollars to finance these useless travels for control.  They butter them up giving them the superficial  feeling that they are in charge.

Lastly:  Question:  Why is it the president of Mesa's Chamber of Commerce gets away without paying  income tax on his salary?  This writer has a copy of his tax return that shows this fact and also shows his salary is $85,000.00 a year.  When anyone  calls his office to inquire about this they will be told:   "That's not for public knowledge."

Dear Editor:  2/22/2010

Commenting on the  "Mesa Independent's article in issue, 1/27/2010, page 6:  "Where the Money Goes" is the kind of story no other valley newspaper prints.

The two valley newspapers only print political corruptive practices after the public has already been aware of it and even then they never follow up instead they let the peoples so called 90 day memory lapse.

The story  on the: "Cactus Towing" corruption, that was never solved and never followed up on has long  been forgotten, is a prime example.

The research pulled by writer: "Terrance Thornton"  of the "Mesa Independent" was very revealing in many ways how my city of Mesa, and other surrounding cities spend the peoples hard earned tax and utility dollars.

Since all power of the electorate has been usurped by small groups of local businessmen see site: MesaAzcorruption.com  that renders Mesa's seven elected representatives into mere political puppets, dominated by "Appointed" administrators, here are some reasons:

1*  The peoples money, (hush money), is being used to maintain control of these seven powerless parasitic, political puppets who winds up serving only those who "Buy" their services. Liken to Obama, the modern day "Robin Hood, with his "Spread The Wealth" agenda.

2*  In Mesa, and other Arizona cities, these wealthy businessmen "invests" big money in candidates that are divided into two categories as follows:

A*  Those who are willing puppets and:

B*  Those that are too stupid to realize they are being used.  Men such as Mesa's past Mayor Keno Hawker,et al.

3*  Money, a powerful and most sought after commodity, buys the kind of political parasites that allows themselves to be used.

It's folly to think anyone would pump the kind of big money they do into politics without expecting and getting a return on their, what in reality is, "Investments."

It's now obvious the people of America are finally awakening to hard truths, ref; Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin' rise in popularity, about political corruption and how it's eating away our beloved nation, like a deadly cancer, from the inside out and are ready to do something about it.
